bartender Assistant Maintenance Manager

We are presently seeking to recruit an Assistant Maintenance Manager to join our successful team

To assist in the overall maintenance activities in the Hotel, which will include:

 Manage all maintenance activities within the premises.
Monitor and control stores.
Manage preventive, predictive, and periodic maintenance programs with emphasis on reliability and improvement;
Adhere to and promote environmental health and safety as one of the hotel’s business priorities
Keep abreast of developments that could be used in the facility to increase company position in the market place;




Skills/Requirements
Must have maintenance management experience
Must have excellent organizational skills and strong problem solving ability and experience in managing a team of day to day operation tradesmen.
Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical manuals
Must have a working knowledge of computer systems
Must have strong technical knowledge in maintenance, equipment design and function
Must interact with personnel at all levels of the organisation to direct maintenance initiatives and activities
Must be able to demonstrate teamwork behaviors
Must be competent and safety conscious able to work in dynamic hotel environment where likely to encounter temperature extremes, dirty and wet, noisy and confined spaces.

bartender Plant Room Technician

We are presently seeking to recruit a Plant Room Technician to join our successful team.  

to provide both Reactive and Preventative maintenance to the Plant Room including all Boilers, Pumps, Valves, Air Handling Units,  Small Power, Lighting, etc.  The Plant Room Technician will also be required to assist and support the Maintenance Manager in providing full facilities services to the internal users.


The selected applicant will:

preferably be qualified at HTD level in applied mechanical engineering and be in possession of a Journeyman’s certificate;
be skillful at diagnosing and carrying out in-house repair, maintenance and calibration of plant machinery and equipment;
conduct in-house and onsite repair of customer owned equipment on a priority basis;
be familiar with micro-processor controllers as used domestically and industrially;
provide technical support using initiative and experience to identify solutions to technical issues which may arise and be an effective team player;
be able to work to high standards of customer care and satisfaction.

Possession of Enemalta License A & B will be considered a valuable asset.  Previous work experience in a Hotel would be considered advantageous, but fresh graduates will also be considered.
